Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Admirate AS, a company registered in Norway ("Admirate", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Admirate platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Admirate provides an AI-powered growth marketing platform that includes:

• AI Skills — practitioner-built prompts and workflows for marketing tasks
• A marketplace for discovering, purchasing, and deploying AI Skills
• Training content and resources for growth marketers
• Dashboard tools for managing Skills, subscriptions, and team settings

The Service is provided "as is" and is continuously evolving. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Authorize recurring charges on your chosen payment method
• Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI Skills without authorization
• Interfere with the performance or availability of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Admirate AS and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI Skills: AI Skills available through the marketplace are licensed, not sold. Your subscription or purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Skills for your own marketing activities.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI output: Output generated by AI Skills is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output, but we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
• Results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it. Admirate is not liable for business decisions made based on AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admirate AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
